As original dlink has changed its name to smartlink the other company which is now residual dlink. When will this company be listed.

i was holding 1000 shares of Dlink bought @ 75. I sold them after it got ex @ 46. Now i have got 1000 shares of Smart link in my DP. What has to be done with them ?...

already split is happened and been credited on 1st july.. if u were holding the shares u must have recieved it. Please check ur dp.

D-Link India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2009 has fixed the Record Date as June 25, 2009 for the purpose of Scheme of Arrangement for determining the shareholders of the Company, who would be allotted 1 share of Smartlink Network Systems Ltd for every share held in the Company as on the Record Date.

There will not be any fractional allotment or entitlement of shares.

yes i agree with you, if we consider the smart link also which may list in between 25 to 30, D-link have ability to move 53-55 level in short term if market remains shocky, however if market shows some smart recovery this may touch the level of 65-75 in short term....
