First: CEO should not address issues openly till the accounts are re stated (he has claimed that satyam does not owe any money to maytas)

Investors must take a unbiased look on any comments rather than get biased due to holdings (yes- I hold in both Maytas and also Satyam counters from the beginning of the raju episode and has made numerous entry and exit) Both are doing excellent work and there is no doubt about it.

AS THE BOOKS ARE RE INSTATED - MR GURNANI SHOULD NOT OPENLY CLAIM THAT SATYAM DOES NOT OWE ANY THING TO MAYTAS OR WHO SO EVER. IT DOES NOT SOUND SO PROFESSIONAL FOR HIS STATUS AND DESIGNATION

UPAID: Even here- he should not have rolled the carpet - he must have kept a low profile and said all efforts are taken to resolve and should not create any dead line for himself (this is the third dead line in Upaid case)
