fair value of power stocks--be cautious
the fair value of power stocks could be guessed by me looking at fundamentals..at present time...because after 10 yrs things change and even a fixed deposit doubles.however the following could be seen acc to my estimates

adani power fair price now--below 40 after 5-7 yrs it could be a 125 rupee stock

india bulls power--fair price--below 25....after 5-7 yrs could be a 70 rupee stock

reliance power--fair price below 80...after 5-7 yrs could be a 250 rupee stock....

nhpc---fair price around 22-26....could be still a 40 rupee stock after 5-6 yrs...

hence they are very high prices now...only because they plan to get more money to expand promoters are keeping the stock rates high as need money in future.

but in long term--above 5-7 yes some could rise 4-6 time from their low they will make in next 1-3 yrs.because the rates i have given for next 5-7 yrs are fair rates then if plans executed to perfection.so u know when u can recover ur holding cost...
