Please read MTNL's monthly subscriber numbers and compare with other operators on following parameters:- Efficiency, ARPU[Average revenue per user], Revenue growth per employee then you will get clearity on MTNL operations efficiency and growth. I always go with past numbers rather going on some imaginory futur numbers. So many operators got licnes after MTNL and they are way ahead of MTNL. It is not correct that who came first in market but it how they capturing market. MTNL has 2yrs to capture IPTV market without any competitor but they did not make any progress even in competition free market. So how can u expect that MTNL will get benefit for just getting 3g spectrum where as other operators will be delayed. Now amar singh is in central govt played major role in saving UPA govt and he will make sure Rcom launches 3g services before any other operators. Amar singh presence in center will benefit to ADAG group. I exited MTNL at 115, if I wanted to get into MTNL i could go for it, but i know in long run MTNL investors will not get anything.
