How will the Hackathon work?

Participants are presented with real-world challenges of current interest to Moneycontrol from across our different businesses. A set of challenges are listed on the website. Participants then select which challenge they would like to work on. Participants come in as Teams. However, individuals may be paired and then the hacking begins. Moneycontol and external mentors will be available to help assist participants, provide guidance, and answer any questions the participants might have. At the conclusion of the 30-hour “hacking” period, participants will prepare a brief presentation and introduce their solution to the audience. A panel of judges from both Moneycontrol and industry experts will select the winning teams.

Throughout the event you will have numerous opportunities to engage with employees representing various parts of the Moneycontrol organization as well as thought leaders from the Fintech industry.
