Sunline Tubes Limited was incorporated on 15th June 1989 under the
 name MAA SHAKTI TUBE MILL PVT LTD under the Companies Act, 1956 and
 subsequently its name was changed to SUNLINE TUBES PRIVATE LIMITED
 and Central government's approval obtained vide letter
 No.RAP/TA-II/1022/Sec.21/92 dated 1st day of April 1992. Later on the
 Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and a fresh
 certificate of incorporation was obtained on 25th August, 1993.
 
 The Company was originally promoted by Mr.J.K.Chotalia, Mr.J.Goyani,
 Mr.N.K.Soni, Mr.Dinesh Kumar Soni and their associates. Later on 
 Mr.Sunil Kumar Giri took over the Company in the year 1992.
 
 PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY
 
 The Company was set up for manufacturing of Lancing Tubes and ERW
 Tubes
 with an installed capacity of 5000 MTPA. The company has sucessfully
 completed its trail production. The Company has sucessfully completed
 its trail production. The Company now plans to expand its existing
 production Capacity from 5000 MTPA to 34,000 MTPA and expand its
 product range to include manufacture of higher dia of up to 6.

 - Re-issues 31,22,500 Equity Shares, which were earlier forfeited by
 the company due to non-payment of allotment/call monies
