The Company was established in 1970.  It manufactures high density
 polyethylene woven sacks and laminated fabrics.
 
 The factory is at Alagpur on the Napur - Bombay National Highway.
 
 During 1985, the company implemented expansion programme involving an
 outlay of Rs 4 crores, for the manufacture of HDPE/PP laminated with
 craft paper bags for packaging of cement.  With this the installed
 capacity stood increased to 10,000 MTPA from 5,000 MTPA.
 
 The company has been pioneer in introducing HDPE/PP bags in India ìin
 1972 and then in introducing HDPE/PP craft laminated bags for ìthe
 first time in India in 1985.  The present installed capcity ìis
 11,364 MTPA.
 
 In 1988, the accounting year was changed from 31st December to 31st
 March.
