 -The Company has set up a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Hamriyah
 Free Zone in United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) under the name & style of
 Winsome Textile Industries FZE.
 
 --The Luxembourg Stock Exchange has confirmed that 12,90,000 Global
 Depository Receipts have been officially listed on the Euro MTF
