Vinyoflex Limited is a company, incorporated as a Private Limited
 company vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 14th July, 1993 with
 Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.  The company was later on converted
 into Public Limited by passing necessary Resolution in terms of
 section 21/31/44 of the Companies Act, 1956, on 21.10.94 and received
 Certificate dated 22.11.94.  The company was promoted by Shri
 Mansukhlal P.Patel, Shri Bhupatlal L.Tilva, and Shri Vinod K. Tilva. 
 The company proposes to set up a project for manufacture of 6000 MT
 per annum of Calender PVC Films at Survey no. 241, Village Shaper,
 Kotda Sangani Taluka, Rajkot, Gujarat.
