Vinsari Fruitech Limited (VFL) was incorporated on 
 10th October 1994 as Vinsari Finitech Private Limited,
 Under the Companies Act, 1956.  The Company obtained a
 Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 18th April, 1995
 on its conversion to a Public Limited Company, in terms of
 the special resolution dated 27th January, 1995, under the
 Companies Act, 1956.  The Company is promoted by a team of
 technocrats and professionals with diverse industrial
 experience.
 
 The company has been granted 100% Export Oriented Unit
 status by the Secretariat of Industrial Approvals, Ministry
 of Industry, vide their letter no. PER:197(1995)/EOA/252/95
 dated 1st May, 1995 and letter no. E.O. 252(95) dated
 4th January, 1996.
 
 The Registered and Corporate Office of the Company is
 situated at A/11, 1st Floor, Green Park Apartments, D R
 Mahal Road, Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh.
 
 The Company's plant will be located at Guruvaraju Palli
 Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra
 Pradesh.  The Company is setting up a manufacturing unit
 for the extraction of natural fruit juice concentrates from
 fruits like Mango, Papaya, Guava and Tomato paste.  The
 project is being setup in technical assistance with 
 M/s Sasib Food S.p.A, Parma, Italy which will be supplying
 the plant & machinery and installing the same on a turnkey
 basis.
