The company was incorporated on 17th January ,1973,as a Private
 Limited Company with the main objective of manufacturing starch and
 allied products.The plant is situated at Rawal Industrial
 Estate,Dondaicha in Dhule District of Maharastra.The company
 manufactures and sells Maize Starch Powder,Modified Starch and Liquid
 glucose.The by-products are Husk,Gluten,Germ,Maize oil and oil cakes.

 -The Company has recommended 5% dividend.
 
 - Universal Starch Chem Allied Ltd has informed that the Board of
 Directors vide their meeting held on August 18, 2007 has appointed
