Unique Agro Processors (India) Ltd., was incorporated on 15th
 December, 1992 as a Public limited Company in the state of
 Maharashatra and obtained the certificate for commencement of
 business on the 13th March, 1993 from the Registrar of Companies,
 Maharashtra at Bombay.  The Company is setting up a project for
 solvent extraction at a capacity of 100 tonnes per day and a Refinery
 of 25 tonnes per day.  The above plant is located at Mauza, Ridhora
 Tall Katol, District Nagpur, in the state of Maharashtra.
