Tirupti Texknit Ltd (TTL), an existing dividend paying company was
 incorporated as a public limited company on 29th September, 1978 and
 obtained the certificate of commencement of business from the
 registrar of companies, Delhi and Haryana at Delhi on 30th November,
 1978.  
 
 TTL was promoted by Shri Rikhab Chand Jain, the present Chairman &
 Managing Director, for manufacture and export of all kinds of hosiery
 goods and to carry on the business of spinning and weaving of material
 of natural and/or synthetic fibre and material woven from natural or
 synthetic fibre such as cotton, wool, silk and polyester.
 
 The main activity of the company is to manufacture knitted cloth at
 its factory at Ghaziabad and to sell the knitted cloth to knitwear
 manufacturers and garment exporter under the popular brand name T.T. 
 The trade mark T.T. is a well established brand in hosiery trade and
 the company has acquired exclusive right to use it from the onwer of
 the trade mark under a royalty agreement dated April 1, 1989.
