The Company was incorporated on 9th September 1985 with the main
 object of carrying on the business of mainly electronic goods and
 electricals and to carry on some financial activities like lending
 money and other assets to industrial enterprises but no opportunities
 coming its way the company decided to change the activities and to
 adopt other activities as provided in other objects. The certificate
 of commencement of Business was received on 01.10.85.
