The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company
 under the name of Bombay Mangalam Impex Private Limited and received
 the Certificate of Incorporation dated 8th March, 1998 from the 
 Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay. The company was
 converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution
 passed on 28th January, 1993 and fresh certificate of Incorporation
 consequent, to change of name was issued by the Registrar of
 companies, Maharashtra on 11th February, 1993.  The company was
 intially engaged in the trading and export activity of raw cotton.
 Subsequently, the Company started operations of Hire Purchase,
 Leasing and also started investment and trading in shares both in
 primary and secondary market in its own portfolio.
