 2000 - The Company has entered into two agreements with Shine
 Satellite
        Public Co. Ltd. of Thailand for hiring of two transponders of
 the
        satellite Thaicom-3.
 
      - The Company proposes to commence telecast of two satellite TV
        channels - one on global beam and the other on regional beam
 in
        Hindi and Engligh providing variety entertainment programmes.
 
      - The Board of Directors has approved the allotment of 93,00,000
 equity 
         shares of Rs.10 each at par on preferential basis.
