Originally the Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company
 under the name Goldline Fabrics Pvt.Ltd. on 13.11.1991. 
 Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company
 under the name Goldline Fabrics Ltd in terms of the resolution passed
 at the EGM of the company held on 18th September, 1992 under Section
 31 (1)/ 44 of the Companies Act, 1956.  A fresh Certificate of
 Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies at Hyderabad
 on 29th October, 1992.  Later the company's name was changed to
 Terrygold (India) Ltd. and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation
 consequent on change of name was issued by ROC, Hyderabad on 8th
 April, 1993.
 
 2000 
 
 -The Company a 100 per cent export oriented unit, has tied up with
 CVD International Inc of US to launch a textile portal,
 e-texportal.com.
 
 -There was a fire accident on August 30 at the company's factory
 causing extensive damage and distruction to the property finished
 goods of 85 mt along with other materials stored in the stores.
