Teaktex Processing Complex Limited (TPCL) was incorporated on May 17,
 1993. The Company has been promoted by some of the leading exporters
 of Tirupur in association with Kerala State industrial Development
 Corporation (KSIDC). TPCL proposes to establish an integrated textile
 processing complex for processing 20,000 kgs per day of cotton fabric.
 The facilities would be located at Kanjikode, Palakkad District in
 Kerala.  Most of the existing facilities of the promoters are located
 at Tirupur. The promoters are primarily engaged in manufacture of
 knitted garment for export.
