The Company Suryachakra Sea Foods Ltd Was incorporated on March 11th,
 1987 at Hyderabad as a Private Limited Company. It was converted into
 a Public Limited Company on 29.7.92. The company has been registered
 as a 100 per cent EOU. The Company is establishing an aquaculture
 project cosisting of 97 hectares water spread area, grow out farm,
 feed mill and ice plant.  The company has already successfully
 implemented the conversion of the pilot project consisting of 22
 hectares and has made exports under the brand name of Sugoi to Japan
 which has received
 quality appreciation letters.  The company proposes to export Shrimp
 to International market. The company has arraged with M/s Global
 resources Inc. of United States for marketing its products.  The
 promoters are   Dr.S M Manepallli and his Associates.
