1994 - Robinson Worldwide Trade Limited was incorporated on 30th June
 1994 and is involved in trading business with objectives to provide
 business services.
 
 1997 - The company went for public issue on 20th February 1997.
 
 2001 - Company planned discount chain.
 
 2004 - The company had planned to acquire majority stake either in
 cash or through share swap, in Parixit Industries Ltd, a company
 engaged in irrigation systems.
 
 - It was ranked 492nd in the 13th Business Today list of India's 500
 most valuable private sector companies.
 
 2005 - Board of the company had approved to allot 14.80 lakh equity
 shares of the company for the acquisition of 14.80 lakh equity shares
 from the shareholders of Parixit Industries Ltd
 
 2007 - Mr. Pradip Shah was reappointed as a director of the company.
 
 2009-  Company appointed Mr. Jayesh D Shah, as additional Director of
 the Company and Mr. Nilesh Kava, resign as Directors of the Company
 with immediate effect.
 
 2010-   Company has shifted the registered office of the Company from
 its present address at 403, Sanjay Apartment, Nr. Old Excise Chowky,
 C.N. Vidhyalaya Road, Ambawadi - 380 , to Saffron Tower, 8th floor,
 Panchwati Ambawadi Road, Nr. Bank of Baroda, Ambawadi, Elisbridge,
 Ahmedabad - 380 006 with immediate effect.
