Stilbene  Chemicals Limited was incorporated as a Public  Limited 
 Company on 10.2.92 with its Registered Office at Secunderabad and 
 received   the  Certificate  of  Commencement  of   Business   on 
 8.4.1992.  The immediate object  of the  company is to set up the
 export oriented  project  for  the manufacture   of   Methyl
 hydroquinone. Dye    Stuffs.    Dye intermediates and Flourescent
 Brightening Agents.
 
 The  company has been promoted by Mr. Satish Kumar  Aggarwal  and 
 Mr.  Anil Kumar Aggarwal of the Kumar's Group of  Companies  along 
 with their associates.
 
 Technical Collaboration & Arrangements
 The company has entered into a technology transfer agreement with 
 Chemet Systems Pty. Ltd., Australia (CHEMET).
 
 In  terms  of  the technology  transfer  agreement,  CHEMET  will 
 provide  basic  engineering packages comprising of  process  flow 
 with  material  balances  for  all  production  units,   detailed 
 process  description, specifications of the plant and  equipment, 
 requirement  of  utilities, process data  details  together  with 
 instrumentation  and process chemistry including  raw  materials, 
 modifications and consumption thereof.
