YEAR                       EVENTS
 1994 - The Company was incorporated on 17th October, as a public
 limited
        company with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh at
        Hyderabad.  It was promoted by Jagapati Rao of Srinivasa 
        Hatcheries group of companies for carrying on the business of
        Shipping, Real Estate Promotion and Development and
 Construction
        of buildings, commercial/residential complexes, plots, farm
        houses, etc.  The Certificate for Commencement of business
 was
        obtained on 4th November. 
 
      - The main object of the company is Operation of ships and real
 
        estate development.
 
      - The company entered into an agreement for purchase of
        property at T-Nagar to construct a commercial complex with an
        area of 24,000 sq. ft.
 
      - 9,92,700 No. of equity shares allotted to promoters, directors
 
        etc.  20,07,300 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each were
 issued
        at par in May 1995 of which 12,57,300 shares were allotted on
 a
        firm basis to promoters, directors, their friends and
 relative. 
        Balance 7,50,000 shares issued to the public.
 
 1995 - The company undertook to real estate business.  With this in 
        view, land admeasuring 1,10,998 sq. ft. was taken at
 Kodambakkam
        high road for developing a nine storeyed commercial complex
 for
        housing office complex with a shopping centre.  The project
 known
        as capital Towers is to be built by Sri Satya Sai
 Construction.
 
      - During the year a wind power project of 1.8 MW capacity was 
        commissioned.
 
 2004
 
 Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd has informed that the
 shares have been delisted from the Madras Stock Exchange wef April 2,
 2004.
 
 2005
 
 -Srinivasa Shipping signs JDA for proposed development of IT space at
 Chennai
 
 -Srinivasa Shipping enters into agreement with KB Mall Management
 
 2006
 
 -Srinivasa Shipping joins hand with Malaysian co for township
 project
 
 -Srinivasa Shipping secures contract from SSSC worth Rs 770/-
 million.
 
 -Srinivasa Shipping signs MOU with SRHRL
 
 2007
 
 The company has issued rights in the ratio of 2:1 at a premium of Rs
 8 per share.
 
 2008
 
 -Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd has informed that
 pursuant to the fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the
 Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, the name of the Company has
 been changed from Srinivasa Shipping And Property Development Ltd to
 SSPDL Ltd w.e.f. May 07, 2008.

 -SSPDL has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company by name
 M/S. SSPDL Interserve Pvt. Ltd. to carry on Construction Business.
 
 2012
 
 -SSPDL has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s.
 BHEL Employees Model Mutually Aided Co-operative House Building
 Society, Hyderabad.
