 2000 - The Company has signed a memorandum of understanding with
 Telstra
        Vishesh Communications (Telstra V-Comm) to enhance their
 growth
        in telecommunication, information technology (IT) and
 IT-enabled
        services.
 
      - The Company has informed that, Rs. 700 crore National Program
 for
        Control of Blindness (NPCB) has awarded SQL Star with the
        responsibility of developing for it.
 
 2006
 
 -SQL Star International has entered into an agreement with Oracle
 Education to conduct two new categories of courses designed for
 corporate requirements.
