 namely: 
 1. Telecommunication
 2. Call Center-International and
 3. Call Center-Domestic

 2000 - The company has entered into a strategic business
 relationship
              with HFCL Satellite Communications Ltd. for promoting
 the
              RPIMENET Satellite Communication Services of HFCL
 Satellite
              Communications Ltd.
 
 The Company has signed an agreement  with the Department of
 Telecommunication,            New Delhi and the company has been
 granted a licence as Internet Service Provider in category B for
 Mumbai.
 
 2001 - The Board has decided to issue up to 30 lakh equity shares on
 preferential basis
              to individuals, corporates and others, whether
 shareholders or not, as per SEBI
              guidelines.
 
 2002-
 
 - Deepak Bhagchandaney appointed as Additional & Wholetime Director
 
 - The company sets up call centres in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore,
 Pune and Kolkota.
 
 -The company has its remote facilities in US and UK.
 
 2003
 
 The company achieved a turnover of Rs 47 crores, an increase of 30%
 over last year and profit of Rs 2.50 crores for the year ended
 31/03/2003.

 2007 
 
 -Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has signed the Railway Contract /
 Order with IRCTC, for Setting up the Call Centre for Railway Inquiry
 System on January 17, 2007.
 
 - Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has appointed Mr. Sanjay Kukreja
 has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. May
 15, 2007.
 
 - Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has informed that the Board of
 Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 11, 2007, has
 appointed Mr. Ketan Chokshi as an Additional Director of the Company
 w.e.f. October 11, 2007.
 
 2008
 
 -Company name has been changed from Spanco Telesystems & Solutions
 Ltd to Spanco Ltd.
 
 2010
 
 - Spanco Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company
 at its meeting held on March 29, 2010, have appointed Mr. Subroto
 Chaudhury as additional Director of the Company.
