The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 23rd
 April 1993 and was converted to a Public Limited Company on 5th April
 1994.
 
 The Main Objects as set out in the Memorandum and Articles of
 Association of the Company and inter alia include
 
 1. To carry on the business of manufacturers, dealers, Imports and
 Exporters of Low-Ash Metallurgical coal and other Low-Ash
 Metallurgical Hard Coke.
