The Company was incorporated in 1919.
 
 It manufactures diesel engines, mechanical lubricators, engine
 valves, push rods, steel storage tanks, rolling shutters, bridges,
 trusses and other general structural fabrication work, structural
 fabrication, tilting type concrete mixers & non-tilting concrete
 mixers. The company has collaboration with J F Malter Apparate Und
 Offernbau GmbH and Putzmeister Werk Maschinenfabrik GmbH of Germany,
 Sumitomo Seika Chemicals Co. Ltd of Japan, Merlo SPA of Italy ,Fmc
 Corporation                                                          
  and Smith & Leveless.
