 1994 - The company was incorporated on 1st June, under the Companies
 Act
        1956 for the purpose of setting up fully automated and
 integrated
        manufacturing facilities for processing raw silver and gold
 into
        value added jewellery items.
 
      - The certificate for commencement of business was obtained by
 the
        company on 23rd June.
 
 1995-99 NO NEWS
 
 2000 - The Company has signed an agreement with M/s. PA.DR of Italy
 on
        10th April. 
 
 2002-Silver Smith India Ltd has informed  that Ms Sidhi Narula has
 resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from October 25,
 2002.The company is also interested in having strategic alliance
 either with Indian or Foreigner Partner. Board of Directors has
 authorised Mr B K Narula, Managing Director to look for strategic
 partner in India or in Foreign.

 -Members approved delisting of its share from Delhi Stock Exchange
