The Company was incorporated on 24th March, 1992, as a public limited
 company under the Companies Act, 1956 at Hyderabad in the state of
 Andhra Pradesh. The Certificate of commencement of Business was
 obtained on 2.4.92.
 
 The Company is currently implementing the project to manufacture
 Terry Towels for Export/indigenous maket. The company is  promoted by
 Sri S S Agarwal, Sri S K Agarwal, Smt. Roop Rekha Agarwal and four
 others.
 
 Sri S S Agarwal is the Chairman of the Board Sri S K Agarwal is the
 Managing  Director of the Board Sri S K Agarwal is the Managing
 Director of the Company.
 
 The plant and machinery is expected to arrive at the site by
 September 1992 and installed by the end of October 1992.
