1994 - The company was incorporated as Ramson Finlease Ltd. It is a
 non banking financial company and is involved in trading.
 
 1997 - Name of the company was changed from Ramson Finlease Ltd to
 Ramsons Projects Ltd.
 
 2006 - Mr Shiv Prasad Sati and Mr Krishan Kumar were reappointed as
 the directors of the company.
