The company is engaged in leasing, hire purchase and dealing in
 investments.  The Company plans to double the disbursements in next
 two years.  The Company is expanding its business activities in
 Saurashtra 
 region and opened a branch at Jamnagar.  The Company plans  to
 concentrate in Fund based activities and all Non-fund  based
 activities will be executed by the proposed subsidiary  of the
 Company Rajath Finshare Limited.  The application  for Investment in
 the proposed subsidiary Company is pending  with the Department of
 Company affairs, Government of India,  New Delhi and the Company will
 be operational on receipt of  approval for investment.
