               mobile computing software for wireless application
 protocol (WAP) enabled

 2001 - The Company has launched its human resources management system
 software
              application, eMPower.
 
 2003
 
 -TranSys Technologies P Ltd. merged with the company
 
 -Mr. Babu Thiagarajan was redesignated as the MD of the Company.
 
 2004
 
 -Soffia Software Limited has informed that the company's offshore
 development center at Chennai has been assessed and certified at CMM
 Level 4. The Company also informed  that they have received fresh
 Certificate of incorporation consequent on Change of name from Soffia
 Software Limited to Quintegra Solutions Limited from the Registrar of
 Companies, Tamil Nadu.
 
 -Quintegra Solutions acquires business of Savvy Consultants
 
 2010
 
 - Quintegra Solutions Ltd has appointed Mr. Mukundan Seshadri as the
 Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from April 28,
 2010.
 
 - Quintegra Solutions Limited has appointed Mr. Mukundan Seshadri as
 the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
