PRESSURE SENSITIVE SYSTEMS (INDIA) LIMITED was originally incorporated
 as a Pvt. Ltd. Company on 3rd December, 1987, in the state of
 Maharashtra and subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company
 by passing a special resolution under Section 31 at the Extra
 Ordinary General Meeting held on 25th October, 1993, and obtained a
 certificate for the change of name consequent to the conversion of
 the Company from Private to Public on 23rd November, 1993 from the
 Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay.
 
 PRESENT BUSINESS
 
 The Company is presently engaged in manufacture of salt adhesive
 tapes like Nylon cloth Tapes, Rayon Cloth Tapes. aingle sided cotton
 cloth Tapes, Double sided cotton cloth Tapes and Fibre glass cloth
 Tapes with a Installed Capacity of 3,00,000 sq. mts. per annum at its
 factory site at Plot No.6, Village Pimpleqaon, Taluka Pen, Dist.
 Raigad, Maharashtra. Till August 1991 since its incorporation, the
 Company was in the process of tying-up the necessary infrastructural
 facilities, term loan, and project was under implementation. Hence no
 operations were carried out.
 Though the company started commercial production in August 1991 for
 the purpose of getting feedback response about \ the acceptability of
 the product from market, the full fledged production was started only
 in october 1992.  The Company was sanctioned a Term Loan aggregating
 to Rs. 47.40 Lakhs by M/s. Masarashtra State Financial Corporation
 and it has been enjoying working capital facilities of about Rs.
 22.50 Lakhs from Indian Bank, Matunga, Bombay for the present unit.
