 1986 - The Company was incorporated on 5th August, with Registrar of
        Companies, Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company.
 
      - The Company is promoted by the well-established Padmakar V.
 Desai
        Family.  The Company is presently engaged in the business of
        Leasing, Hire Purchase and Short-Term Lending Operations.
 
 1993 - The Company was subsequently converted into a Public Limited
        Company on 5th March, in terms of Special Resolution passed
 on
        27th January.
 
 1996 - The Public Issue of the Company of 30,00,000 No. of Equity
 Shares
        of Rs. 10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 300 Lacs.
 
 2008
 
 -Company name has been changed from Deal (India) Ltd to Pooja
 Entertainment and Films Ltd.
