SRG INFOTEC (INDIA) LIMITED was originally incorporated on 9th
 February, 1984 as Fairdeal Leasing Finance & Investment Company
 Limited with the main object of carrying out various financial
 activities including object of carrying out various financial
 activities including leasing, hire purchase and also with an object
 of dealing in bullion precious stones of various kinds etc.
 Subsequently the name of the company was changed to SRG FINMAN
 (INDIA) LIMITED on 30.11.1993.
 
 During August, 1993, there was a change in the management of the
 company as a result of acquisition of Shares by a team of
 professionals. The Company has complied with all the Legal
 Formalities of the take over including Clauses 40-A and 40-B of the
 Listing Agreement. In respect of
 clause 40-B, the formalities were complied with after the takeover of
 Shares by the management. The public announcement was made vide an
 advertisement in the Statesman, Dainik Jagran and Business and
 Political
 Observer on 12.04.1994. The Stock Exchange was also informed by a
 notice on 12.04.1994. The offer was also sent to the individual share
 holders on 09.04.1994 at the highest price prevailing during the last
 6 months, i.e. Rs. 25/-.
 
 The new management is a team of dedicated, experienced and well
 qualified professionals in the field of managing Public Issues mainly
 in the capacity of Registrar to the Issue and carrying out various
 financial activities like project financing, leasing, loan
 syndication and other allied activities.
 
 Subsequent to the change in the line of operations and the main
 thrust being on Information Technology the name of the Company was
 changed to SRG INFOTEC (INDIA) LTD on 18th January, 1995.
  
 The Company is engaged in Software Development, Computer Education
 Registrar and Share Transfer business and Financial Activities.
 
 2000 - SRG Infotech, the flagship company of the Delhi-based SRG
 group, has
              embarked upon a major expansion program to consolidate
 its position in the
              IT industry.

 - Company name has been changed from SRG Infotec Ltd to Pan India
 Corporation Ltd.
 
 2009
 
 - SRG Infotec (India) Ltd has informed that as per Section 383A of
 the Companies Act, 1956 Ms.Preeti Mehra be and is hereby appointed as
 Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. June 29, 2009.
