 Indai Pvt Ltd on Sep 27 2000 by our promoter OMSI which 
 wa an inclueded start up of infosys Technologies Ltd to
 develop teleocommunciation software plarform and aplication 
 for the mobile telecommunciaton industry Subsequrntly
 to reflect the business of the company of wireless appliaciion
 the name of our company was changed to OnMobile Asia 
 Pacific Private Ltd With effects from April 10 2001 and a
 freshes certificate of incorporation consequent on change 
 of name was issued by the Roc in this regard. The name of
 our company was further changed ot OnMobile Global Ltd ans 
 status of our company was changed to a public liminted company 
 by a special resoultion of the members passed at the geneeral 
 meeting held on August 17 2007, The Fresh cerfificate in 
 incorportation consequent to the change of name was granted 
 to our  company on August 21 2007 by the RoC
