The Company was incorporated on 30.11.1992 as a public limited company
 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad and obtained
 certifacates of commencement of business on 15.12.1992.
 
 The main object of the Company are fully set out in the Memorandum of
 Association of the Company.  The immediate object of the company is to
 set up facilities for the manufacture of Pigments Green 7, Pigment
 Blue 15 and Reactive Blues at installed capacity of 1680 MTPA.
