NPR FINANCE LTD., a company floated by the reputed Nand Lal  Todi
 Group of Companies, was incorporated on 12th of  June, 1989 by the
 name & style of NPR Finance Pvt. Limited.   Subsequently on 30th
 September, 1989, it was converted into  a deemed Public Limited
 company ( under Sec 43A(1C) of the  Companies Act, 1956) &
 consequently the word Private was  deleted from its name.
 
 The company is engaged in the activities of Hire Purchase &  leasing
 of commercial vehicles, cars & earth moving  equipments & bills
 discounting. The stock on hire & gross  leased assets as on date is
 over Rs. 1000 lacs.
 
 The company has been expanding operations and today has  Branch
 Offices in New Delhi, Madras and liaison office in  Bhubaneswar,
 catering to the financial needs of various  clients at a national
 level.
 
 
 CURRENT BUSINESS
 
 The Company is currently engaged in the business of lease,  hire
 purchase of commercial vehicles, cars, earth moving  equipments &
 bills discounting & recently commenced real  estate development.
 
 
 With regards to the business of Real Estate, the company has 
 recently entered into an agreement for purchase of 40 bighas  of land
 in the District of North 24 Parganas for  developmental purposes.

 The company has no subsidiaries.
 
 2005
 
 -Board recommends dividend of 10%.
 
 2006
 
 -The Company has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per Equity Share
 for the year.
 
 2007
 
 -The Company has recommended a dividend of Re 1 per Equity Share for
