The company was company was incorporated on 21st November, 1989
 as a public Limited company under the companies Act, 1956 and
 obtained certificate of commecement of business on 30th
 November, 1989 from the Registrar of companies , Delhi and
 Haryana, New Delhi.
 
 It manufacture video cassettes, video magnetic Tapes  1/2 and
 V.O.Housing.
 
 The company has been promoted by Sarvashri G.K.Gambhir, and Nova
 Magnetic Limited (NML).   The promoters have vast industrial
 experience in the field of steels and Electronics. NML promoted
 by Gambhirs is successfully engaged in manufacture of video
 tapes and cassettes with foreign technical collaboration and
 presently exporting its major product in countries like U.K.,
 Hong Kong, and singapore.
 
 The company's project is being set up with a technical
 assistance from its Promoter Company Nova Magnetic limited,
 which itself is a reputed manufacturers of video tapes and
 cassettes in India, having foreign collaboration and exporting
 more than 85% of its production to various countries.
