 - NCJ International Ltd has changed the registered office of the
 Company from Laxmi Nagar, Main Vikas Marg, New Delhi to District
 Center, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi w.e.f. October 30, 2006.
 
 2010
 
 -Company has changed its name from  NCJ International Ltd. to Nimbus
 Projects Ltd.
