The Company was Incorporated 1995.  The Company was promoted by NEPC
 Group in 1994 under the present name by taking over Nutan Papers
 Private Ltd. an existing company.  Subsequently, existing machineries
 were revamped and a co-generation power plant of 4MW was set up.The
 Company's object is to manufacture of Kraft Paper.
 
 The Company has planned to increase its plant capacity from 10,000
 tonnes to 72,000 tonnes. 
 
  54,09,700 No. of equity shares were allotted to the promoters.
 26,800 shares were allotted to the employees of the Company. Another
 7,92,000 shares were allotted to the NEPC Group Companies Another
 1,00,000 shares were allotted to companies Bankers subsequently,
 70,55,700 shares were allotted to the public (all were taken up).
           
 
 1996 - The performance was affected due to general sluggishness in
 the
        industry coupled with lower demand and higher prices of waste
        paper.
 
      - Expansion plan for increasing capacity to 72000 TPA is delayed
 
        due to unavoidable circumstances.
