 - The Company has acquired an Indore based Company 'M/s Neoflex
 Infracon Ltd' engaged in the infrastructure and construction
 business, by acquisition of its 99.99% shares.
 
 - 'M/s. Poly Logic International Private Limited' and by virtue of
 this Poly Logic International Private Ltd. becomes the wholly owned
 subsidiary of Neo Corp International Ltd. The Company shall be
 engaged in the business of trading and manufacturing of technical
 textile products.

 Prism Flexible Solutions Private Ltd, the said Company becomes the
 subsidiary Company of Neo Corp International Ltd.
