The company was incorporated in during the year 1983 and floated the
shares to the market in 1988.
1987-1989 - Mahindra & Mahindra (Tractor division) have already
placed order for steering linkages engineers from Telco, Eicher
Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra (Jeep division) have inspected the
factory for evaluating the capacity to meet their requirements.
During the year the company received balance amount of Rs. 5 per
share which increased the issued and paid up capital of the company.
1990-1991 - The products of the Company have been approved and
accepted by the O E Manufactures and established in the Replacement
Market. Supplies of products for the Tractor Industry has been
received with favourable response and the Company is hopeful of
continuing to cater to the needs of this segment of the market. The
company has targeted to meet the demands of heavy commercial and
passenger vehicles manufacturers in their requirements of Steering
Linkage and Ball Joints. Necessary testing facilities have been
developed and installed.
1991-1992 - The company could establish a high precision engineering
base in the manufacture of Tie Rods and Drag Links to meet the
demands of four wheeler automobile industry general.
1996-97 - The company has been declared as a Sick Industrial Company
within the meaning of Clause (o) of Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of
the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 and the
Revival Scheme approved by 'BIFR' is under implementation. | |
