Company History - Nahar Fibres
The Company was incorporated on December 3, 1979 as a Public Limited
 Company under the name Hero Fibres Ltd.  In 1989, the management
 of the Company was taken over by OWM Group.  Thereafter, the name of
 the Company was changed to Nahar Fibres Ltd. with effect from
 December 28, 1989.  The Company has a Spinning Unit at Village
 Jitwal
 Kalan, Tehsil Malerkotla, Distt. Sangrur (Punjab) for the
 manufacture of Cotton/Synthetic Yarn.
