Mukat Pipes Ltd., a closely held company incorporated in the State of
 Maharashtra in 1987, was promoted by Mr. Bhupinder Singh Ahluwalia
 and his two sons Mr. Rajinder Singh Ahluwalia and Mr. Kuljinder Singh
 Ahluwalia, for the manufacture of Submerged Arc Welded (SAW) pipes. 
 The Company set up facilities for the manufacture of 5,000 tpa of
 large diameter (16 to 60 range) SAW pipes of 6 metres length and upto
 20mm thickness at village Khadoli, Rajpura District Patiala in
 Punjab.
