M.P. Telelinks Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on
 the 27th May 1994 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of
 Business on the 28th July 1994. The proposed project is its first
 commercial activity.
 
 The Company proposes to set up a factory at Ghirongi, Malanpur,
 Distt-Bhind (M.P.), for manufacturing Polyethylene Insulated Jelly-
 Filled Telephone (PIJF) Cables with a total installed capacity of
 6.25 LCKM per annum.
