Mohindra Fasteners Ltd (MFL) was incorporated as a Public Ltd. company
 on 10th January, 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956. The certificate
 of Commencement of Business was obtained by the company on 22nd
 February, 1995. MFL has been promoted by Shri Sudhir Arneja, Shri
 Mukesh Arneja,
 Shri Anuraag Arneja, Shri Deepak Arneja, Shri Ravinder Juneja, Shri
 Shyam Raheja, Shri Hemant Chikal, Shri Chetan Sanghvi, Shri Ranbeer
 Singh Narang and Mr J.P. Singh Narang. The company is setting up a
 project for manufacture of High Tensile Fasteners e.g., Hexagonal
 Bolts, Socket Head Bolts, Socket Set Screws, etc. and other special
 turned parts made of Steel and/or Alloy steel at Village Kharawar,
 Distt
 Rohtak, Haryana with an installed capacity of 3500 MT per annum.
 
 The company is at present engaged in the implementation of the
 project. An amount of Rs. 193.78 lacs has already been incurred on
 the project upto 15-02-96 as per certificate dated 24/02/96 of
 Amarnath Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants and auditors of the
 company.
