Modern Dairies Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on
 22nd April 1992 and registered with the Registrar of Companies at
 Julundhar. The company obtained certificate of commencement of
 business on 23rd April 1992.
 
 The company has been promoted by Modern Steels Limited and Shri
 Amajit Goyal.
 
 The company has set up a plant for the processing of 3.2 LPD of milk
 based on three shifts (about 21 working hours per day) for the
 manufacture of milk products viz. Packed Liquid Milk, Whole Milk
 Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) andf Dairy Whitener (DW). Pure Ghee
 would also be produced in the process as a by product.
