Milk Specialities Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company
 on September 9, 1991 and registered with the Registrar of Companies
 (punjab H.P and Chandigarh) at Jalandhar. The company obtained
 certificate of Commencement of Business on December 17, 1991. The
 company has been promoted in the joint sector by Shrio Jagjeet Singh
 and Associates along with The Punjab State Industrial Development
 Corporation Ltd.
 
 The company is setting up facilities for processing of 3 lakh litres
 of milk per day for the manufacture of Milk Products, viz Packed
 Liquid Milk (PLM), Skimmed MIlk Powder (SMP), Table Butter (TB),
 Dairy Whitener (DW) and Pure Ghee.
