 2000 -  The Company has tied up with TAIT Electronics of New Zealand

 -Mega Corporation launches worldwide outbound packaged tour service

 2007
 
 -Mega Corporation Ltd has informed that Mr. Manish Dhariwal appointed
 as an additional director of the Company w.e.f. November 16, 2007.

 - Mega Corporation Ltd has informed that Mr. Ajay Chopra and Mr. Anil
 Kumar Soni appointed as additional director of the Company w.e.f.
 April 12, 2008.
