 -Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi
 on November 28, 2005 has approved the amalgamation of Nanglamal Sugar
 Ltd (NSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with Company
 w.e.f. October 01, 2004.

 -Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed that Ms Anuradha Dutt has been
 co-opted as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the
 Company with effect from July 27, 2006.
